Contributors May Select From the Following Packages:

PACKAGE 1: Includes a one (1) night stay for a maximum of four (4) people per double queen or two (2) people per single room The package is available Sunday through Thursday. With purchase you will also be included in our grand opening drawing and will receive 50 tickets for merchandise and other perks. $249.00 USD, including all applicable taxes and fees.

PACKAGE 2: Includes a consecutive two (2) night stay for a maximum of four (4) people per double queen or two (2) people per single room The package is available any two consecutive nights. With purchase you will also be included in our grand opening drawing and will receive 120 tickets for merchandise and other perks. $449.00 USD, including all applicable taxes and fees.

PACKAGE 3: Includes a consecutive five (5) night stay for a maximum of four (4) people per double queen or two (2) people per single room The package is good for any consecutive five days. With purchase you will also be included in our grand opening drawing and will receive 350 tickets for merchandise and other perks. $899.00 USD, including all applicable taxes and fees.

Terms and Conditions: As a Contributor to Treebox Stays, LTD (“Treebox”) Crowdfunding campaign, you acknowledge and agree to that the following terms and conditions:

Voluntary Contributions. All Contributions are made voluntarily and at the sole discretion and risk of the Contributor.
Treebox Does Not Guarantee that Campaigns Will Succeed or that Perks Will Be Delivered or Deemed Satisfactory. By contributing to a Campaign, Contributors are supporting an idea, project, or cause they care about and want to help make happen. Like anyone getting in on an early-stage project, Contributors accept the risk that the Campaign may experience changes, delays, and unforeseen challenges, or that a Campaign, and its Perks, might not come to fruition. Treebox does not guarantee or represent that Contributions will be used as promised, that Treebox will deliver Perks, or that the Campaign will achieve its goals. Treebox also does not endorse, guarantee, make representations, or provide warranties regarding the quality, safety, morality or legality of any Campaign, Perk or Contribution, or the truth or accuracy of campaign posted on the Treebox’s websites. The date to deliver a Perk is an estimate by Treebox, and there is no guarantee that Treebox will fulfill and deliver the Perk by that date.
Limited Refunds. Treebox does not offer refunds for crowdfunding campaigns five (5) business days after the contributor’s donation. Where refunds are not available under the Refund Policy, a Contributor may contact Treebox at 2425 TR 444 Sugarcreek, Ohio 44681 to request a refund. Treebox has no obligation to issue a Refund.
Credit Card Charges. When you Contribute to a Campaign, your card will be charged the amount of the Contribution after you confirm and submit your payment information. All credit card processing fees are included in the total displayed on the front page of the crowdfund page.
Communications Between Treebox and Contributors. Once you have made a Contribution to a Campaign, Treebox may need to contact you to obtain additional information such as shipping address, specific preferences for a Perk or may ask for feedback on the Campaign or the Perk. In some instances, to receive the Perk, you may need to provide requested information within a specific time frame to receive the Perk. Not doing so may result in your forfeiting the Perk. Treebox will not ask for information that is not required to fulfill a Perk, including personal information such as Social Security numbers or credit card/banking information.
Taxes due are the responsibility of the Contributor. Contributors bear the sole responsibility for determining how to treat their Contributions and receipt of any Perks for tax purposes. Treebox does not offer any advice or take any responsibility for how Contributors treat their Contributions or for any financial consequences arising out of such treatment.
A maximum of 75% of the rooms of the property will be available on any given night to book under the Crowdfund offering.
There is no expiration date on use of the rooms.
The expected opening of the property is September 30, 2025. The property opening may be delayed by unforeseen circumstances. Crowdfund participants agree that delays in opening will delay available stays.
In the event of delay beyond 12 months, purchase will be refunded to Contributor via original payment method.
The offer is void where prohibited by law.
Contributors agree that the State of Tennessee and its laws shall govern all terms of this offering.
